My Wellness Health is a preventive healthcare and care-navigation platform developed under Standard Wellness and Clinical Advocacy Ltd. It helps people understand their health risks, recognise warning signs, know when screening may be due and take the right next step before illness progresses.
The platform was created by specialist doctors and healthcare professionals who came together after repeatedly seeing people reach hospital when illness was already advanced. Often, this was not because people ignored their health. They lacked trusted information, did not recognise the warning signs or did not know where to seek appropriate care. My Wellness Health was created to bridge that gap.
Health information is everywhere, but not all of it is accurate, safe or medically sound. Our assessments follow recognised clinical guidelines and are reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals.
Each assessment is unique to the user. Questions are selected according to age, sex, relevant organ status, health history and previous answers. The user receives a personalised health report, screening guidance and clear recommendations on what to do next.

The platform supports cancer awareness, hypertension, diabetes, mental health, sexual and urinary health, and general wellness.
My Wellness Health does not diagnose illness or prescribe treatment. It provides trusted guidance and helps users access appropriate screening, clinical assessment, care and follow-up.
